• Do review the police report to make certain it is accurate.
• Do inform your treating physician as to your entire health condition.
• Do notify your lawyer as to any change in address, telephone, employment.

Don’t

• Don’t speak to anyone about the accident without knowledge and consent of your lawyer.
• Don’t assume your physician, insurance company and lawyer is aware of all facts and circumstances.
• Don’t sign or complete any forms or correspondence without review and approval of your lawyer.
• Don’t be concerned with questioning your lawyer as to status and procedure.
