This case involved a Motor Vehicle Accident
which occurred on November 21, 2006 in Clifton,
New Jersey. The defendant's vehicle failed to
stop in time to avoid colliding with plaintiff’s
vehicle as she was making a legal left hand
turn. Plaintiff, Patrice Bhaggy had limited
property damage, but injuries to her neck and
back. Ms. Bhaggy only treated with a Chiropractor,
and had disc bulges in her cervical and lumbar
spine as well as a herniated cervical disc.
The trial was two days of deliberations and
the Jury returned the verdict for Plaintiff
in the
amount of
$100,000 with a 90/10 liability split, in favor
of Plaintiff.
