Motor Vehicle Accident which occurred on November 21, 2006 in Clifton, New Jersey. Defendants Vehicle failed to stop in time to avoid colliding with Plaintiff’s vehicle as she was making a legal left hand turn.  Plaintiff, Patrice Bhaggy had limited property damage, but injuries to her neck and back.  Ms. Bhaggy only treated with a Chiropractor, and had disc bulges in her cervical and lumbar spine as well as a herniated cervical disc.

The trial was two days of deliberations and the Jury returned the verdict for Plaintiff in the amount of $100,000 with a 90/10 liability split, in favor of Plaintiff.  According to Judge Rothstadt it was the first Verbal Threshold verdict in favor of Plaintiff in Passaic County in the last three years.
